1. For the gift of padma sadhna which is an extraordinary mind-body detox practice.

2. For Sachin Tendulkar, who is truly an inspiration.

3. For my new ear phones.

The gratefulness for today:

Today I am grateful for the direction my life is taking. It is finally unwinding and becoming a little less complex than it used to be. I have been at a loss, time and again, about what I want to do in my life. As my understanding of what life means changed, my career choices and decisions changed with it. This has, in the past, led to a lot of agitation and anxiety for me and my family. Now that all this is finally reaching its conclusion, I think I am pretty sure about what this life means to me and what I want from it. This has been quite a journey. I am grateful that all this has happened because if it didn’t I may have settled for something that I did not want or was not meant to pursue. I am grateful for the courage the lord provided me to let go of the things that seem to matter at a particular time but in the long run were only futile. I am grateful for his diligent guidance and care at every step of my life. Very Grateful! 🙂
